Alpha Omega Academy Students Earn College Credit through New Program
Rock Rapids, IA (March 8, 2013) - Five students at Alpha Omega Academy, an accredited online distance learning school, are undertaking coursework this spring that allows them to earn credit at both the high school and collegiate levels.

As of January, four courses are available through AOA's dual credit program, including American national government, college writing, general psychology, and introduction to sports management. Depending on the class, students can earn anywhere from two to four college credits per course.

Alpha Omega Academy Offers Graduation Ceremonies to Class of 2013
Rock Rapids, IA (March 4, 2013) - Students who wish to participate in one of the traditional or virtual graduation ceremonies at Alpha Omega Academy can now register for the events. The two regional ceremonies will take place at 7 p.m. on Friday, May 10, in Allen, Texas and Friday, June 7, in Maitland, Florida. The virtual ceremony will be hosted by Dordt College at 2 p.m. (CT) on Friday, May 24.

Each graduation will include a traditional cap and gown ceremony, an address to the graduates, and the presentation of diplomas. The regional ceremonies will be followed by a reception for the graduates, their families, and friends.

Alpha Omega Publications Announces 2013 Homeschool Convention Schedule
Rock Rapids, IA (February 15, 2013) - Alpha Omega Publications has posted its 2013 homeschool convention schedule on aophomeschooling.com. AOP will start the convention season the weekend of March 14-16 at the Southeast Homeschool Convention in Greenville, South Carolina, and the Spring Curriculum Fair in Loveland, Colorado.

A leading provider of homeschooling curriculum and supplies, AOP will take part in 43 homeschool shows this season, several of which will be headed by Carrie Morgan.
