On-Site Sales Representatives (Iowa)

Inside Sales Representatives will be responsible for the successful attainment of the following goals:
- Initiating cold calls
- Identifying potential customers
- Outbound calling
- Receiving inbound calls
- Following a consistent sales process for both inbound and outbound calling
- Prospecting for new leads by phone and mail
- Maintaining inside sales-related records
- Planning and scheduling daily, weekly, and monthly objectives to meet short- and long-term goals
- Implementing sales strategies

Requirements:
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prefer experience with Microsoft Office programs.
