On-Site Sales Representatives (Iowa)
Position Description:
Alpha Omega Publications® (AOP) is looking for aggressive, motivated, and ambitious Inside Sales Representatives with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to consistently produce beyond expectations to join our team. We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives to be part of a dynamic and growing Educational Software Company! Duties and Responsibilities:
• Initiating cold calls
• Identifying potential customers
• Outbound calling
• Receiving inbound calls
• Following a consistent sales process for both inbound and outbound calling
• Prospecting for new leads by phone and mail
• Maintaining inside sales-related records
• Planning and scheduling daily, weekly, and monthly objectives to meet short- and long-term goals
• Implementing sales strategies. participate in call campaigns and defined sales strategies
Minimum Qualifications:
• Dynamic sales personality
• 1– 5 years experience preferred; will train the right person
• B2B or B2C sales experience.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prefer experience with Microsoft Office programs.
• CRM experience a plus
• Sales of unique products and services helpful
