Job Title: Customer Feedback Administrator
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a customer service-oriented administrator to manage and improve our customer feedback workflow. The successful candidate, under supervision of the Vice President of Curriculum Development, will:
• Develop and maintain procedures for data entry and management of customer feedback systems
• Ensure efficient workflow of incoming and outgoing customer feedback
• Serve as point of contact for internal and external customers
• Analyze and report feedback patterns
• Maintain flow of information within and between departments
• Manage information in a confidential and appropriate manner

• Exemplary written communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in the Internet, Microsoft® Word, and Microsoft® Excel®
• Experience in an educational and/or publishing environment a plus
