Business Analyst
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identifies and applies appropriate analytical tools and methods.
• Designs and executes process, data and organization analyses.
• Facilitates teams and participates directly in the implementation of process improvements to enhance operations efficiency, quality and cost.
• Performs analytical research. Conducts industry research to identify best practices and benchmarks.
• Formulates solutions/alternatives that meet business needs
• Assures the integration of business processes with other divisions and across functional areas
• Deployment lead for deploying business solutions, products and campaigns into the contact center
Minimum Qualifications:
• Three to five years of business analyst experience
• At least one year experience as business requirements lead
• At least one year experience in project management
• At least 3 years in business process improvement/redesign, documentation, analysis and process management methodologies and approaches.
• Recent (within last 3 years), hands-on experience in the application of process analysis and design tools and techniques.
• Outstanding analytical and conceptualization skills to assess business problems/opportunities and develop solutions and improvements
• Significant experience designing workshops, facilitating group sessions and working with teams to gain crucial input from key contributors.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; effectively able to resolve conflicts and drive to decisions
• Business analysis skills: Requires gathering and documentation, process modeling, design and documentation
• Full working knowledge of principles, techniques, and tools applicable to business analysis activities. Examples include: data flow diagrams, use case diagrams, workflow diagrams, functional decomposition charts, traceability matrixes, data modeling artifacts.
• BS/BA degree required
