I am trying to find a language arts curriculum to start in Jan for a 2nd grader. I just finished the SSRW for K-1st. My son is slightly below average with his reading/spelling skills. Looking for something enjoyable, with a strong phonics focus to build and improve his language arts skills. Trying to decide between Horizons & Lifepac. If any of you have used either and have suggestions that would be great. Or if you have another curriculum suggestion. Thanks.
