As you make your weekly meal plan, consider finding places where you can incorporate meal-prepping (cooking in bulk to have leftovers for later) and always keep your macro nutrients in mind:

- Are you getting a variety of protein? Be creative! There are so many different sources of protein beyond just meat.

- Are you eating a colorful array of veggies? If your kids aren’t veggie lovers, you can find sneaky ways to work veggies into other dishes.

- Are you getting good carbs that match the amount of energy you or your family is expending? Food is fuel, so healthy food choices are key to fuel a healthy, happy homeschool!
