Healthy Homemade Popsicles

Instead of giving your child a store-bought, sugar-filled snack, keep your kids cool this summer with these healthy, ice-cold treats that your homeschoolers will ask for again and again.
Strawberry/Orange/Banana Popsicles
(makes approximately 12 popsicles)
Ingredients:
1 - 6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate (softened)
1 cup of fresh strawberries (washed and stemmed)
2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
1 large banana
Directions:
Mix the ingredients in a blender. Then, pour into popsicle molds or small paper cups. Freeze until partially set and insert popsicle sticks. Finish freezing and enjoy!
Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles
(makes approximately 12 popsicles)
Ingredients:
1 - 12 oz. can of frozen lemonade concentrate (softened)
2 ½ cups cold water
1 - 16 oz. package frozen sliced strawberries
Directions:
Mix lemonade and water in a pitcher. Puree strawberries in a blender until smooth and stir by hand into the lemonade mixture. Pour into molds or small paper cups and freeze until partially set. Add popsicle sticks and finish freezing.
You can also enjoy this recipe as a smoothie. Just pour the above mixture into glasses and drink!
Watermelon Popsicles
(makes approximately 12 popsicles)
Ingredients:
2 cups seedless watermelon chunks
2 cups orange juice
1 cup water
Directions:
Puree ingredients in a blender and pour into popsicle molds or small paper cups. Freeze until partially set and insert popsicle sticks. Then, finish freezing.
