Homeschool Pass It On Challenge

"The best portion of a good man's life is his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and of love."
- William Wordsworth

Have you ever experienced the love of God through a total stranger's act of kindness? Perhaps it was simply an opened door for you at the grocery store when you had your hands full or a compliment on your well-behaved children that made your day. Maybe it was a surprise package waiting for you in the mail or a waitress informing you that someone else had paid for your family's restaurant bill.

Changing the world with one random act of kindness at a time is a foreign concept to many people. Even as homeschooling families in today's world, we often get so involved with our own routines and schedules that we neglect to encourage and share God's love with those around us. So, as Thanksgiving quickly approaches, what a perfect time for all of us to reflect on our blessings and encourage one another by taking the Homeschool Pass It On Challenge.

To complete this challenge, follow these three easy steps:

1) Download a pdf of the Homeschool Pass It On Letter and print it.

2) Pick an idea listed below (or think of your own) and share your letter and a random act of kindness with another homeschooling family.

3) After giving your gift, share your story in the comment section below. (Note: The letter you give to recipients will encourage them to share their story as well).

At Alpha Omega Publications®, we understand the importance of encouraging one another in the homeschooling community and hope you'll accept this challenge. Be the first to share your story in the comment section below and let us know what happened!

"And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also" (1 John 4:21).
