Make Math Yummy with Fun Fruit PizzaServe a healthy and delectable dessert that you and your child can prepare together in less than 15 minutes with this colorful, no-bake recipe that can double as a learning moment for youngsters learning to count or calculate fractions.

Ingredients
One sleeve of graham crackers
Trans-fat-free margarine, softened
Strawberry-flavored cream cheese
Several fruits (a great combination is bananas, kiwi, blueberries, mangoes, and strawberries)
Low-fat or sugar-free whipped cream (optional)

Directions
Wash and slice your fruits. Next, crumble the graham crackers into a shallow bowl. Add the margarine and stir until thick. Then, press the mixture into an 8" pie dish to form a crust. Spread on a generous layer of cream cheese and evenly place the pieces of fruit across the pie like pizza toppings. Top with whipped cream, slice your pie, serve, and enjoy!
