Midterm Elections Are Coming Soon

Midterm Election Day is coming soon, and many voter registration deadlines are fast-approaching or may have even passed.

This year, 36 states are voting for governor. There are also 35 seats up for election in the Senate, as well as all 435 seats in the House of Representatives.

If you still have time to register, don’t wait! Every state except North Dakota requires you to register to vote. Here are a few places you can go to register:

- Online
- Your county auditor’s office
- Driver’s license station
- Public assistance agencies
- Military recruitment offices

Even if you have voted recently and you haven’t moved, it’s always a good idea to double-check your voter registration prior to an election to make sure you’ll be able to vote and all your registration information is up-to-date.
