Familiarize your child with the different careers available in logistics planning and management services. Part of the transportation, distribution, and logistics career cluster, this semester-long Career and Technical Education (CTE) elective teaches students in grades 9-12 about logistics and supply chain management, inventory and inventory management, transportation management, and logistics safety, as well as providing and managing logistics services for companies and customers. Purchase of this individual Monarch course grants access to one child for 18 months beginning on the date of activation.
This semester-long course shows students the detailed world of logistics and how it allows organizations to operate efficiently. The course explores the topics of inventory management, transportation, suppliers, warehousing, distribution centers, and procurement.
Designed for students in grades 9-12, the course is appropriate for students who are interested in the transportation industry, working for an organization that handles inventory, or starting their own business.
