Introduce your child to careers in marketing research with this Career and Technical Education (CTE) elective for grades 9-12. Throughout the semester-long course, students gain an appreciation for the process of investigation and problem analysis as they use research to produce key marketing statistics that are communicated to management and used throughout organizations in the business world. Other topics of study include the execution, interpretation, and presentation of marketing research. Purchase of this individual Monarch course grants access to one child for 18 months beginning on the date of activation.
Careers in Marketing Research shows students in grades 9-12 what marketing research is and how it is used to make business decisions. The class is ideal for students interested in establishing a career in marketing or advertising after graduation.
Throughout the semester, students study methods of collecting and processing data for marketing research using tools such as surveys. They also spend time exploring ethical practices in marketing research and presenting the results they obtain from their work.
