Dr. Billie McConnell

Chair, Graduate School of Education, Ohio Valley University; President, Connected Consulting

Dr. McConnell has been a leading educator for over 32 years with a passion for creating engaging learning environments. He is currently the chair of the Graduate School of Education at Ohio Valley University, a Christian University in Vienna, West Virginia. He is also the president of Connected Consulting, a consulting/professional development company based in Texas that helps teachers and schools create and implement learner-centered, technology-rich classrooms. His experience includes several administrative, teaching, and coaching positions in colleges and K-12 Christian schools. Dr. McConnell has a doctorate in educational technology, a master's degree in computer education and cognitive systems, and a bachelor's degree in secondary education. He also regularly presents at conferences and facilitates workshops for teachers and administrators.

Katie Rasch

Professional Development Consultant

Katie Rasch has been a teacher, curriculum specialist, and private instructor throughout a career that has impacted lives for more than a quarter century. Katie graduated with honors from the University of California at Santa Barbara before continuing her education at Grand Canyon University, where she earned a master's of education. At Alpha Omega Publications, she specializes in teaching Ignitia online curriculum to administrators and teachers through webinars and on-site workshops.

Charlene Hauser

Professional Development Consultant

Charlene Hauser creates professional development curriculum at AOP and trains educators how to best use Ignitia curriculum for their unique goals and needs. She has over 10 years of experience in multiple educational settings and is certified as a work experience coordinator. She is also active in her community as a junior achievement classroom volunteer. Charlene holds a master's degree in education from Winona State University in Minnesota.
