4 Fun Ways for Kids to Learn to Code

No matter what your child wants to be when he or she grows up, chances are the job will involve some sort of work on a computer. Even if coding isn’t their primary responsibility, having a basic understanding of computer programming goes a long way in helping applicants in today’s workforce land their dream jobs.

The good news? There are hundreds of ways and places for kids to learn about computer programming. Code.org
Launched in 2013, this non-profit is on a mission to increase access to computer science education by offering free online coding courses filled with instructional videos and interactive lessons for kids ages 4-18.
