Take a 10-Minute Health Challenge

Make a positive impact on your well-being in just 10 minutes each day! Each day for the next month, simply choose a different activity listed on the printable health challenge activity sheet (you must do a different activity each day in any order you choose). At the end of the challenge, you’ll have completed 30 activities that will benefit you either physically, emotionally, or mentally!
